- Whisk together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and cayenne. Set aside.
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into the wet until just blended, then add in mango juice and mix well. Fold in chili spiced mango.
- Pour batter into muffin cups and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for at least 30 minutes in the pan before serving.
