Instructions

  1. Spread yogurt onto a parchment lined baking sheet into an even layer, about half inch thick.
  2. Sprinkle espresso beans, trail mix, and fruit over the yogurt, pressing them down gently until an even layer is created.
  3. Freeze for about 4 hours, or until yogurt is hardened completely.
  4. Break into pieces and serve immediately. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
