- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Grease a 8×8 inch baking dish.
- Combine cornbread dry mix, Green Chile Spice Blend, 2 eggs, 1 1/3 cup milk and 1/4 cup oil in a medium bowl.
- Stir until moistened.
- Stir in corn and cheese, and then pour mixture into prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
