Jim’s Slow & Low Ribs

These St. Louis style ribs are sweet, savory, tender, and perfect every time. Combine WBP spice blends for new unique flavors!

Instructions

  1. Marinate ribs in a large container with apple juice and garlic overnight. Remove from marinade four hours before serve time.
  2. Mix the spice blends and cumin together and set aside. With a basting brush, coat the ribs in a light layer of plum sauce. This is to help the rub stick!
  3. Coat ribs on all sides with dry rub mix. Let sit for two hours.
  4. Place ribs on a large baking tray and broil on the top rack at 275 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. Lower the heat to 250 degrees, move ribs to the center rack, and bake for 1 hour.
  5. Turn the oven off and let ribs rest in the remaining warmth for 20 minutes. Serve with your favorite sweet and spicy BBQ sauce.
