  • 1 package Snickerdoodle Cookie Mix (contains sugar packet, flour packet, cinnamon/sugar packet)
  • 1 cup butter softened (2 sticks)
  • 2 eggs

Homemade Snickerdoodle Cookie Recipe

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream 1 cup of butter with the sugar packet in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add 2 eggs and mix well.
  4. Gradually combine flour packet by hand until dough forms.
  5. Chill dough and ungreased cookie sheets for 10-15 minutes in the fridge.
  6. While the dough is chilling, place cinnamon/sugar packet in a small shallow bowl.
  7. Scoop 1 inch balls of dough and roll in cinnamon/sugar mixture. Coat by gently rolling the balls.
  8. Place onto chilled, ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
  9. Remove from pan immediately.

Ingredients: Unbleached organic wheat flour, sugar, cinnamon, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt. Contains wheat.

These are SO GOOD. And so easy to make it feels like cheating.


Absolutely delicious. Came out perfectly, just as my mother used to make. I added more cinnamon to the sugar mix to roll them in.
