Keep your weekend snacking simple with a delicious, healthy mix featuring two Women's Bean Project snack products!

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil on high heat in large sauce pan for approximately 1 minute with 2 test kernels of popcorn in the pan.
  2. Once the test kernels pop, scoop 4 tbsp of blue popcorn kernels into the pan and cover. Lower heat slightly.
  3. When kernels start popping rapidly, shake pan until there are 2 seconds between pops.
  4. Pour popcorn into extra large serving bowl. Toss with 2 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil until coated. Add in 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning, and toss until coated again. Let popcorn cool.
  5. Add trail mix, candies, and pretzels into the popcorn and gently toss until mixed. Serve with iced tea and good company!

Recipe Notes
