- Heat 1 tbsp oil on high heat in large sauce pan for approximately 1 minute with 2 test kernels of popcorn in the pan.
- Once the test kernels pop, scoop 4 tbsp of blue popcorn kernels into the pan and cover. Lower heat slightly.
- When kernels start popping rapidly, shake pan until there are 2 seconds between pops.
- Pour popcorn into extra large serving bowl. Toss with 2 tablespoons of ghee or coconut oil until coated. Add in 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning, and toss until coated again. Let popcorn cool.
- Add trail mix, candies, and pretzels into the popcorn and gently toss until mixed. Serve with iced tea and good company!
